Well, I've purchased both and this is my conclusion: BPP's practice questions are better organized and more to the point. The Actex authors are more polite in their e-mails though when you ask them questions. They seem to understand that you are a student and will not know everything - BPP hasn't quite figured that out yet. Unfortunately the solution keys to both manuals are difficult to read sometimes. They need more commentry for sure. Imagine it being like trying to read a C++ program with no comments.
