I am using BPP. so I don't know about the actex manual format and how they are explaining each topic of probability. As far as BPP their questions are almost same as exam style questions. The material they presenting in their study manual are easy to understand. but it doesn't mean you must buy this manual. I didn't buy actex, so I don't know anything about it, and you never know my be it's better than BPP. My recommendation is to ask somebody who's using both manuals.
